Haian Valve
Co.,Ltd.(originally called Haian Valve factory managed by the
state).,is situated in the north of the mauth of the  immenstiy
looks like a planet.The east of it reaches to the HuangHai Sea,south
to ShangHai and Hang-zhou,west to NanJing and YangZhou and north
to Yancheng.It is the traffic thoroughfare of the middle area
of Jiangsu province.It is directly faced to Shanghai-the biggdest
industrial city in China,and only about 70 miles to Nan Tong-the
big harbour city.The traffic condition of this area is very
convenient,for the Xingchang Railw-ay,Ningqi Railway,204 Country
Road and 328 country Road has been put into practice.There are
graceful environment and pleasant in the fact-ory,such beautiful
workshop is just like a garden,which makes you comforta-ble.The
factory covers on area of about 60000m and the constructional
area is about 25000m.Total value of the fixed capital 20.5mi-llion.
Haian Valve Co.,Lta,oiiginally Relonged to Nationgal mechanical
department and electrical power department was once a leading
factory mainly producing the power station valve and general
valve,and it was also a member factory of Shanghai Electricity
Group.It was founded in 1958,and in 1986 it combined with Shanghai
power station associated maching factory capitallink),and thus
Haian Valve Co.,Ltd.Shanghai power station associated machine
has appeared as one of the four electric facility(generate  electricity
by the fire)manufac-ture base.Which influencing produce valve
of the power stati-on,simultaneo usly it is also one of the
influential general valve manufacture factories in Jiangsu province
and east of China area.Now it has got the admission to ISO9001
quality system.
After the industrially policy reform in 2001,it gradually
founds,strengthens and better the modern venture system.A set
of eff-ective,high quality processing system and manage pattern
was now formed. According to the characters of the venture,the
developing strategy consisting of coexistent of power station
and general,costing and forging,sale nationally and trading
abroad was been formed.Now,the corporation is on a new way to
it's further development.
Since the founding of the factory,it has concetrated on the
adjustment of the products structure.The primary products include
variety of water stopping valve,sluice valve,back-preventing
valve,safety valve,adjusting valve,stean valve,evolving pump
exit valve,temperature and pressure lessening facility,city
gas sluice gate and water position calculate.The main materials
include carbon steel,chrome steel,and several of stainless steels.The
products are mainly used in the rive power electrical factory
for recent years,it has offered sets of valves for over 300
the national electrical factories and hundreds of users of the
trades of general on and chemical industry.Since the API cast
steel has been exported into American,England,Spain,Iraq,Indoneia
and so on,and the power station export gated (followed the main
enging)has been exported into India,Pakistan,Iran and so on.In
1994,it introduce the stean valve producttechnology from American
COPES-VULCA company and British CLYDE compand to produce amounts
of rapouting valve and the products have been exported to COPES-VULCAN
company and CLYDE company,for matching their products of duit
blowing machine.NOw it has become the sole factory to produce
the power station sluice gate for exporting in our country.
We design,and produce the products strictly abiding by the
international standard and foreign advanced standard,and own
the mecessary advavced industrial art way are examing way to
produce the high temperature and pressure valve and exit valve,IN
the "Eight Five" period,the cast steel vranch factory
,invested mearly 1000 million yuan,by means of internationally
advanced mew industrial technology,mow can annnually produce
2000 tons of variety of high quality cast steel,the appearance
standard of which has reached the demands of the American mss-sp55
standard;besides meeting the demands of the native factory the
cait steel branch factory can also offer each cast steels for
the customers of such countries as England ,American,Japan,France,Italy,Spain
and Singapore.
The factory is now the main member factory of the China valve
trades association,and China electrical facility trades association,and
also the second grade calculating unit of the nation.The previous
leaders of the venture once worked as the deputy dean of the
product quality commssion of China valve trades association,the
executive manager of Jiangsu valve association,the official
of the quality monitoring net,the deputy council chair person
of China electrical facility trades association(Power Station
Branch) and the chief of the power station valve group.Since
1986,the factory has been rewarded as the high techunit of Jiangsu
province for a few times.In1994,it has been confirmed as the
high and now techmology ventrue of Jiangsu province by the science
commission of the province.In1995,it has lined in the recommending
factories to produce sets of power station facilities by the
Electrical Department.
