Brief Introduction of Quality System Management

Quality is the life for an enterprise. Since the found of our factory,we always enforce the management and improvement on products'quality .Through process amnagement in the factory,we have already established a set of effective and specific quality man-agement system,and got the admission to ISO9001 quality system.
In the process of manufacture ,we seriously comtrol 3 points as below:
The first is the controlling of materials and purchasing parts form suppliers.All materials should be delivery to the warehouse only after attached with the suppliers'Quality Appoval Sheet and by the IQC approval through sample inspection .Then paint mark and keep the assorted materials ;before issue them to the shop and machined ,materials must double-checked by the QA and be attached with material flow card Quality System Team must audit the suppliers that provide materials until they become app-roval suppliers.the materials also are inspected by sample or totally according to the related standard or technology documents before they are delivered to warehouse .
Secondly,we strctly control the quality of semifinished products(product parts).All the operators must stmctly carry out 3 points (the standards,drawings,and techniques).The Quality Assurance inspects the quality of every procedure fully individually and strictly.The abnormal parts will not allowed to the following procedure.The serni-finished products must be inspected totally and material certificated through spectroscopy before go to semi-finished warehouse.Two-head solenoid and some parts of valve made by alloy-steel solenoid muat crry out the magetism particles destruction experiment,the airproof cover must carry out stain dextruction experiment, safe-valve must carry out ultrasonic destruction experimetnt,the weld of big caliber valves must carry out ray destruction experiment,and so on.
Thirdly ,we control the products,qua-lictiy.strictly.Parts made by alloy-steel need be double checken up with material analysis through spectroscopy.The products must be inspected through assenbly test and property experiment accrding to related standard technology documents.
We sufficiently use computer to tail after,statistic,analyze,feedbacd,and manage all the quality in the process.For example,using computer to select the better materials to assemble and the assembly shop work according to the computers'instru-ction.The application of using computer to assistant product quality management system stabilizes and improves the product quality.This system got the admission to National Mechanical Department and Electrical Power Department and got simultnaeousy Technology Advance Award in JiangSu Province in the bottom of 1991,In order to provide quality data in time and accurately,we set up a set of integrate quality archives.So pick up and any valves'NO of leeving factory,you can promptly index all the primary quality records of the valve in process.In 1990 On the quality conference of National Boiler Guild held by the National Mechanical Department our quality management system mode (establish documents machine by machine)was highly appraised and popularized to other Valve Trade.
In a word,our factory organizes the producing strictly according to the demand of ISO9001 quality system and carry out in every working procedure,which efficiently assure the products'quality.Our company gained"quality management award"of JiangSu province and NanTong City.
